Production is underway for I Want to Be a Superstar: Mizuki, a feature documentary about world champion boxer Mizuki Hiruta, from director Peter Michael Dowd.
Mizuki is the current WBO and Ring Magazine super flyweight champion of the world, and the 2025 winner of the Ring Magazine Female Fighter of the Year.
“From the outside, my life may look bright and full of success. And I am truly grateful for everything I have achieved. But there are quiet moments when I feel very small and alone.
